The safety of our staff during the COVID-19 pandemic has always been paramount and we’re proud that in Newcastle, we have been a leader in staff testing from the very beginning of this crisis.
The Newcastle Joint Research Office (NJRO) is thrilled to announce that Angela Topping Head of NJRO was honoured on International Women’s Day 8th March, 2020 by the Northern Health Science Alliance (NHSA) and N8 Research Partnership, who shone the spotlight on women across the North of England doing amazing things within the field of innovation.
The NMAHP #MakeSpace4Research Conference will take place on the 4th June 2020 at the Institute of Transplantation, Freeman Hospital.
This is a great opportunity for NMAHPs to share their research in a supportive atmosphere.
All staff in NUTH are now using email addresses ending in @nhs.net. Emails sent to old @nuth.nhs.uk addresses will be auto-forwarded to the @nhs.net equivalent, however this is a temporary measure so we recommend using new addresses immediately.
As the Governance Team transitions to NHS.net accounts, the Trust R&D mailbox will be decommissioned on 1st July, 2019. This will be replaced with the following 5 mailboxes, according to the subject of your email:
