Newcastle Hospitals has been rated ‘outstanding’ for the second time in a row by the independent health and social care regulator the Care Quality Commission.

The Bright Ideas in Health Awards celebrate the achievements of individuals and teams working within the NHS, industry and academia, who have risen to the challenge of telling us how, and where, they believe that improvements to the service provided to patients can be improved, either through a technical innovation or through better service delivery.
The Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospital have appeared in Newsweek.com’s “World’s Best Hospitals 2019”.
For the recommendations, Statista collaborated with GeoBlue and invited tens of thousands of doctors, hospital managers and other healthcare professionals to an online survey.
The implementation has initially focused on the Q-Pulse Document Module being rolled out on a team by team basis throughout the NJRO. This involved scoping departmental requirements and configuring the system to the needs of the NJRO Staff. Face to Face training was supplemented by e-learning through Ideagen’s Academy software training centre, tailored to individuals specific needs.
