We look forward to working with you and you require a Confidentiality Disclosure (CDA)/Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for a commercially sponsored trial opportunity,  please use the link below to submit the agreement for review. The link should be used for all types of draft and master CDA / NDA, including fully executed master agreements,  and those with letters of notification or Schedule 1 notice of receipt requirements. All CDA/NDAs will be reviewed and signed by an authorised signatory under The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

From the 28th of April 2025, the four UK governments expect that sponsors of commercial contract research wishing to enter into a CDA  / NDA with a prospective NHS or HSC research sites, will do so using an unmodified HRA mCDA or mMCDA only.  Links to both documents are detailed below. In certain circumstances the Trust will review bespoke company agreements on an ad hoc basis, but our preferred template is the HRA unmodified mutual model agreements as listed below.
