Update on the Q-Pulse Quality Management solution for Research

The implementation has initially focused on the Q-Pulse Document Module being rolled out on a team by team basis throughout the NJRO. This involved scoping departmental requirements and configuring the system to the needs of the NJRO Staff. Face to Face training was supplemented by e-learning through Ideagen’s Academy software training centre, tailored to individuals specific needs.

“I am originally from Paphos, Cyprus and I first came to Newcastle in 2010 to study. I have a BSc in Biology (Hons) from Newcastle University, and before coming to work here, I was an Assay Scientist at Helena Biosciences Europe.

NuTH’s Great North Children’s Hospital wins Innovation Champion of the year in the 2018 Bright Ideas in Health Awards for the Pop-Up Hospital.

What’s new in GCP Quality Assurance?

Audit Activity:

Since the summer the GCP QA team have been working our way through the backlog of audit reports, preparing the 2019 audit plan and updating the audit documentation.

From the 384 students who were involved in this project Ben wrote an article from the findings for the RCNi, which will be published in the next edition of the RCNi journal for Cancer Nursing Practice.
